INSURANCE
We are a preferred provider for the following insurance plans:
- Metlife
- Empire BC/BS PPO
- Aetna PPO
- Cigna PPO
- Ameritas & affiliates
- Guardian PPO
- Delta Dental
- Healthplex PPO (many unions)
- straight New York State Medicaid
- Fidelis (medicaid & subsidized)
- Metroplus (medicaid & subsidized)
We also participate with most Union and PPO dental plans as well as the insurances administered by:
- ASO – SIDS [Administrative Services Only, Self-Insured Dental Services] (Unions)
- Daniel L. Cook & Associates (Unions)
- Insurance Programmers (Unions)
Unfortunately, we do NOT participate with Hudson Health, Affinity, HIP, Child Health Plus-Empire BC/BS or Healthplex-Dentcare. For those without dental insurance, we offer payment plans through Care Credit.
